2-Year Warranty
This product comes with a manufacturer guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse or improper use or failure to comply with the warnings and instructions in the Warnings and Instructions Booklet that comes with the product. It also does not cover transport or accidental drop damages, repairs or alteration from unauthorised personnel, poor or incorrect maintenance, presence of hair in the fan, failure to clean the cold air inlet causing the motor to overheat, use of chemical products to clean the appliance. In Australia, your appliance comes with a statutory guarantee that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have your appliance repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
